摘要
"适应性"是衡量一个组织制度化水平的首要标准。政党适应性关乎自身的生存与发展,新加坡人民行动党近60年的执政经验表明,要不断增强政党适应性,不断调整执政理念、以"制度为核心",不断完善组织结构、以"忧患意识为重心",不断进行自我更新。这对我们党长期执政具有很大的借鉴意义。
Adaptability is the primary criterion to measure the level of an organization＇ s institutionalization. Par- ty adaptation about their own survival and development, experience of the ruling People＇ s Action Party of Singa- pore in recent 60 years has shown that the party must constantly enhance the adaptability, constantly adjust the concept of governance,＂ system as the core, and constantly improve the organizational structure, with a sense of crisis as the center＂, to constantly update itself. This is a great reference for our Party＇ s long - term ruling.
