The Evolution of Income Distribution Policy in New China

新中国成立以来,中国个人收入分配政策的形式和内容发生了一系列变化,从原来单一的按劳分配到后来的多种分配方式并存,每一政策的出台都是对当时经济矛盾做出的反应。从收入分配政策的演变过程中,可以看到两条对立统一的线索:资本所有权和资本关系的确立和强化以及劳动力所有权和劳动者权利地位的承认和强化。

Since the new China was established, a series of changes have taken place in form and content of personal income distribution policy in China, from the original single distribution according to work to a variety of modes of distribution, each policy is an effect on the economic conflict. From the evolution of the income distri- bution policy, two clues can be seen as follows ： establishment and enforcement between ownership of capital and capital relationship, acknowledgement and strengthening between labor force and labor rights and status.
