公平正义是人类孜孜以求的社会理想,更是马克思毕生的追求。如何构建一个公正的分配体系,马克思在批判继承古典政治经济学、空想社会主义者分配理论的基础上,在对资本主义生产方式批判基础上废除私有制的实践运动中给出了答案。当下,我国分配矛盾凸显,"分配不正义"问题还存在于社会的各个层面,如何在马克思分配正义思想的理论框架下,构建中国化马克思主义分配正义理论是执政党必须面对的重大理论和现实问题。
