大型国企专利运营模式分析

本文通过分析当前大型国企专利运营的环境与现状,结合专利运营架构、专利标准化、专利的交易、专利布局等四个专利运营的维度进行分析,获得从搭建专利运营架构、培养专利运营人才、落实专利标准化战略以及加强海内外专利布局等层面提高大型国企的专利运营水平的启示,使得大型国企能够充分发挥其先锋骨干的作用。

In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation and environment of large state- owned enterprises patent operation, combined with the analysis of the four dimensions of patent operations： patent operation structure, patent standardization, patent transactions, patent layout, we obtained that if the large state-owned enterprises want to give a full play to their role as backbones and pioneers, they should build the patent operation architecture and operating personnel, implement the training of patent standardization strategy, strengthen the overseas patent layout and other aspects to improve the ability of patent operation of large state-owned enterprises.
