摘要
除氧器在运行过程中,给水装置与筒体之间存在较大的温度梯度,进而产生较大的热应力。基于给定的除氧器设计参数,对某型除氧器进行了热固耦合分析,并参照相关设计标准,对除氧器在额定运行工况下的强度进行了校核,确保该型除氧器的安全运行。
The temperature gradient is great between feed-water devices and cylindrical shell when the deaerator operates, and then large thermal stress is produced. The thermal stress analysis of a deaerator is carried out based on design parameters in this paper, and strength is checked for the operating condition according to JB4732-1995, by this way, the safe operation of the deaerator is ensured.
