摘要
在大型机组的管道布置中,通常可采用计算机辅助设计。利用计算机软件,可在虚拟场景中实现管道的三维布置。但将管道的三维模型转换为二维图纸时,图纸上的管道流向,需要手工计算或凭经验才能获得。通过给定的二维图纸的视图方向,结合向量的相关特性及向量在视图上的投影,利用相关算法,确定管道的流向,并用PDMS软件验证了该算法的可行性。
Computer aided design can be used in the layout of large units. Using the computer software, the three-dimensional layout of the pipeline can be realized in the virtual environment. However, when the three-dimensional model of the pipeline is converted into a two-dimensional drawing, the flow direction of the pipeline on the drawing needs to be calculated manually or gained by experience. According to the view direction of the given 2D drawings, combined with the characteristics of the vector and the projection of the vector in the view, the flow direction of the pipeline is determined by the correlation arithmetic, and the feasibility of the arithmetic is verified by PDMS software.
