复杂铁水条件下中高碳钢单渣法高拉碳冶炼实践

摘要 本文主要介绍了水钢100吨转炉使用高钒、钛、铬铁水冶炼优质碳素结构钢、SWRH82B预应力钢绞线等中、高碳钢过程,通过对炉内各微量元素对脱磷反应影响的研究,优化转炉造渣工艺,采用单渣法冶炼,达到去磷保碳的目的。通过该工艺的实施,水钢100吨转炉在冶炼中、高碳钢过程中,出钢碳含量上升、渣中金属损失降低,大大的节约了生产成本,且未产生磷高事故。 Making process of medium and high carbon steel such as high quality carbon structural steel and SWRH82B prestressed wire strand steel and so on with high vanadium-titanium-chromium hot metal in 100t converter in Shuigang is introduced. With study of influence of various micreelements on dephosphorization reaction, slagging method is optimized, single slag steelmaking is used and carbon in metal is drawn during dephosphorization. After the process is put into use, tapping carbon in molten steel increases and metal in terminal slag decreases during making of medium and high carbon steel in 100t converter in Shuigang so that production cost decreases and cases of high phosphorus in steel are avoided.
