摘要
基于雪崩三级管雪崩效应,对传统MARX电路进行深入研究分析并进行大量实验,研制出了一种高重频高稳定度的改进型MARX纳秒脉冲源。对传统MARX电路的雪崩三级管触发形式以及脉冲合成方式进行了改进,并设计出PCB电路板,在重频100kHz时,示波器50Ω负载匹配实测产生的脉冲半幅脉宽1.3ns,幅度366V,脉冲波形稳定度高、拖尾小,重频上限可达160kHz,电路性能优良、稳定可靠。目前已应用于超宽带探测雷达发射机系统当中。
Based on the avalanche effect of the transistor and numerous investigations and experiments on the traditional Marx circuit, a kind of modified Marx nanosecond pulser with high- repetition frequency and high stability has been designed. With respect to the traditional Marx circuit, the avalanche transistor's trigger form and pulse synthesis way of the modified circuit were modified, and the associated PCB was designed. It is shown by the oscilloscope that the pulse wave amplitude is 366 V with a width of half pulse amplitude of 1.3 ns. The pulse wave has high stability and a small pulse trail, and its repetition frequency limit reaches up to 160 kHz, The circuit is excellent and stable, which has been applied to the transmitter of the UWB radar.
