摘要
结合电池成组在电动汽车(EV)上的应用,研究锂离子电池特性与温度的关系、电池组的传热及散热方式。以LP2770134为单体电池,由6个11串5并模组、2个7串5并模组和2个8串5并模组构成100 Ah电池组,在不同放电倍率、不同环境温度下对电池组进行热仿真和实测。在同样的放电倍率下,环境温度升高,电池组温升加大;环境温度升高时单体电池的温度差异增大,部分单体电池温度超过了使用温度(环境温度为40℃时,单体最高温度达到51.5℃)。
Intergrating the application of the battery group in the electric vehicle(EV),the relation of Li-ion battery characteristics and temperature,the way of the battery pack heating and cooling methods were discussed.Thermal simulation and actual measurement were utilized,when 100 Ah battery pack(LP2770134,6 modules composited by 11 series with 5 parallels,2 modules composited by 7series with 5 parallels and 2 modules composited by 8 series with 5 parallels) was at different discharge rates,different ambient temperatures.Along with the ambient temperature increasing,the temperature of the battery pack was risen at the same discharge rate;when the ambient temperature increased,the cells temperature difference increased and some of the cell temperature exceeded operating temperature(when the ambient temperature was 40 ℃,the maximum cell temperature reached 51.5 ℃).
