摘要 分析了超低温上装式球阀滴盘结构对产品性能的影响,给出了阀杆与轴承间隙及紧固螺栓所需预紧力的计算方法,介绍了球阀材料选择、弹簧深冷处理、密封圈冷装配工艺及阀门的安装要求。 Firstly, the influences on design of drip plate to performance of top entry cryogenic ball valve are analyzed. Secondly, the calculation method of bolt preload and the gap between stem and bearing are described in this paper. In additional ,the material selection of top entry cryogenic ball valve, spring cryogenic treatment, cold assembly process of seals and the installation requirements of ball valve are al- so introduced in this paper.
