保温护理干预对老年食管癌手术病人苏醒及相关指标影响的研究

Study on the influence of insulation care in elderly patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery

目的探讨保温护理在老年食管癌病人中的应用。方法将115例老年食管癌根治手术病人随机分为2组,对照组57例,观察组58例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用保温护理。记录并比较2组病人术中及术后相关指标的差异。结果观察组病人经保温护理后失血量为(199.7±44.8)ml、拔管时间为(1.7±4.3)min、完全清醒时间为(53.3±7.8)min、住院时间为(5.8±1.4)d,皆优于对照组,观察组病人在麻醉苏醒期的并发症发生率也显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保温护理能够减少术后并发症,有利于老年食管癌病人的康复。

Objective To explore the application of insulation care during esophageal cancer surgery in elderly patients. Methods 115 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer receiving radical surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in the control group and 58 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional care and the observation group was treated with insulation care. Results The amount of blood loss,extubation time,awake time,hospitalization time in the observation group was 199. 7 ± 44. 8 ml,1. 7 ± 4. 3 min,53. 3 ± 7. 8 min and5. 8±1. 4 d,respectively,which were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of anesthesia complications in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Insulation care can reduce the postoperative complications,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.
