基于风险偏好信息的企业安全培训质量影响因素评估

Risk Preference Based Assessment of Influencing Factors of the Enterprise Safety Training Quality

为提高企业安全培训效果和质量,在建立以安全培训策划、安全培训教学过程、安全培训教学资源和安全培训效果为准则层的指标体系的基础上,采用PDCA循环方法筛选和优化指标群,得出19个安全培训质量评估指标。由于安全培训质量影响因素系统具有复杂性和随机性且目前的研究并未考虑决策者的风险偏好,因此应用能够反映决策者风险偏好的区间数方法,引入悲观度参数,优化区间数层次分析模型,并构建和计算了区间数判断矩阵A(x)、半偏差矩阵Δ、最优解模型以及一致性区间互反判断矩阵,得出各指标的权重。该方法提高了各指标权重设置的科学性,明确了安全培训工作的关键和重点,可为企业提高安全培训质量提供依据。

In order to improve the enterprise safety training effect and quality,this paper establishes the index system of safety training plan,teaching process,teaching resources and effect as the criterion layer,and then uses the PDCA（plan-do-check-act）cycle to select and optimize the index group,finally draws 19 indexes of enterprise safety training quality assessment.Due to the complexity and randomness of the influencing factor system of safety training quality,and the fact that the current researches do not take into account the risk preferences of decision makers,the paper optimizes the interval number analytic hierarchy model by applying the interval number method which reflects the decision makers＇ risk preference and introducing the parameter pessimism degree.The paper builds and calculates the interval number judgment matrix,semi deviation matrix,the optimal solution model,and consistent interval reciprocal judgement matrix to obtain the weight of each index.The method improves the scientificity of the index weight setting and clarifies the key tasks of the safety training,providing basis for improving the enterprise safety training quality.
