商务园区安全生产监管体系的构建——以北京恒通商务园为例

Construction of Business Park Safety Production Supervision System——A Case Study of the Universal Business Park of Beijing

为实现商务园区的安全生产及正常运行,保障生产经营活动持续稳定好转,在严格遵守国家法律法规的前提下,从北京恒通商务园安全生产监管的实际工作出发,提出安全生产基础管理和现场管理相结合的管理方法,并通过提炼管理过程中的主要规章制度及工作流程,逐步完善了商务园区安全生产监管体系,最终构建了适合商务园区的制度化、系统化、标准化、专业化的安全生产监管体系。

To achieve safety in production and normal operation of the business parks,and ensure the steady improvement of the production and operation activities,under the premise of strict compliance with the provisions of the state laws and regulations,this paper explores the construction of the safety production supervision system.From the perspective of the practical work of safety production supervision of the Universal Business Park,the paper puts forward the management method of combining the basic management and site management of safety production.By refining the main rules and regulations and work contents,the paper gradually improves the safety production supervision system.Finally,the paper puts forwards the institutional,systematic,standardized and professional supervision system of safety production for the business park.
