摘要 以"一企一标准、一岗一清单"的安全生产管理思路为中心,在深入研究企业安全生产管理中事故隐患排查治理及预警的主要功能需求和业务逻辑的基础上,构建以隐患排查治理为核心的生产事故隐患排查治理及预警信息系统的基本架构,并通过管理信息系统技术手段与安全系统工程理论的结合,在安全生产管理方法创新的基础上,进一步建立高效和优化的安全管理信息化解决方案,以规范生产企业安全行为,细化和明晰安全职责,强化安全预防意识。该系统以隐患作为管理对象,确保对隐患及时的排查和有效管控,可有效杜绝事故的发生。 Taking the concept of"One enterprise corresponds to a standard,one position corresponds to a list"as the center of the safety production management,this paper conducts in-depth study of the main functional requirements and business logic in checking,solving and early warning of hidden dangers in safety production management.Based on this,the paper establishes a basic framework of information system for checking,solving and early warning of hidden dangers of production accidents.Based on the innovation of safety production management method,by combining the management information system technology and the safety system engineering theory,the paper further establishes the highly effective and optimized informatization solutions for safety management so as to standardize the production safety behaviors of enterprises,refine and clarify the safety responsibility,and strengthen the safety awareness.Taking the hidden dangers as the management goal,the system can be used to ensure the timely investigation and effective management control,and thus eliminate the occurrence of accidents effectively.
