磁共振三维可变翻转角快速自旋回波序列扫描技术在复杂性肛瘘诊断中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨磁共振(MRI)三维可变翻转角快速自旋回波序列(3D-SPACE)扫描技术在复杂性肛瘘诊断中的应用价值。方法收集复杂性肛瘘患者63例,术前均行MRI常规、3D-SPACE扫描及直肠腔内超声检查。与手术结果对照,观察不同检查技术对复杂性肛瘘内口及瘘管的诊断准确率。结果 MRI 3D-SPACE扫描技术对复杂性肛瘘内口及瘘管的诊断准确率分别为90.20%及90.14%,MRI常规扫描分别为62.75%、63.38%,直肠腔内超声检查分别为66.67%、69.01%,MRI 3D-SPACE扫描技术对复杂性肛瘘内口及瘘管的诊断准确率均高于MRI常规扫描、直肠腔内超声检查(P均<0.05)。结论应用MRI的3D-SPACE扫描技术对复杂性肛瘘内口及瘘管的诊断准确率均较高,能为复杂性肛瘘的术前评估及减少术后复发提供更加准确可靠的影像学依据。
