摘要
井下扩眼技术逐步在海洋钻完井作业中发挥重要作用,特别是在大位移水平井小井眼井段的钻完井作业中,扩眼技术的应用能有效地提高油气开发效率并减少钻完井事故的发生。但该类型井段的扩眼作业风险高,存在较大技术难度。文章介绍了威德福Rip-Tide扩眼器的技术特点与优势,并结合JZ9-3-D2H井的作业实际,总结了大位移水平井扩眼作业程序,分析了作业难点,提出了技术措施。
Underreaming technology is playing a more and more important role in offshore drilling and completion,especially in the slim holes of extended reach wells. The application of underreaming technology can improve the efficiency of oil and gas development and reduce drilling and completion accidents.But underreaming in this kind of wells is of high-risk and very challenging. The technical characteristics and advantages of Weatherford Rip-Tide reamer are introduced here in this paper,and together with study on the practice on Well JZ9-3-D2 H,the procedures,challenges and technical measures for reaming in extended reach wells are summed up.
