适度出砂技术在海上疏松低渗油田适应性实验评价 被引量:4

摘要 南海西部×油田珠江组为大套泥岩、粉砂质泥岩夹粉砂岩/泥质粉砂岩,泥质含量20%和伊蒙混层高达50%以上,油层渗透率23.829.1 m D,孔隙度22.3%,地层取心疏松,呈散砂状,属于低孔低渗疏松储层。油组开发过程中油井产能普遍偏低,稳产期短,易于出砂。造成油井低产的原因包括储层低渗透性以及防砂完井表皮系数的影响,为了探寻油井提产空间,解放过度防砂造成的产能下降,通过室内实验,优选了筛管挡砂精度和砾石充填尺寸,疏松低渗储层砾石充填防砂方式下,测定了防砂层渗透率,为该类储层选择合适的防砂方式进行了系列研究。 Zhujiang formation at X oilfield in west South China Sea is unconsolidated,low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir,mainly consisting of mudstone and argillaceous siltstone, silt content 20%, mixed-illite-montmorillonite over50%, reservoir permeability 23. 829. 1 mD and porosity22. 3%. The well production was generally low with short stable production period and sand production. The low production was due to the low permeability and the skin factor caused during sand control completion. In order to improve production,experiments were done to optimize the sand screening accuracy of screen pipe,the gravel packing size,and the gravel packing methods. It would help to choose the right sand control method for similar reservoirs.
