国外页岩气井连续油管固井滑套压裂完井方式研究 被引量:12

摘要 固井滑套压裂完井是在固井技术的基础上结合了开关式固井滑套而形成的多层分段压裂完井技术。该技术利用可开关式固井滑套选择性的放置在气层位置,固井完成后,利用连续油管携带井下工具将滑套打开,然后采用环空泵注,进行压裂改造作业。该技术的创新点在它不需要依赖传统的复合式桥塞、投球系统或投球作业,因此在作业后即可进行全通径求产。文章主要将传统桥塞射孔压裂方法与利用连续油管固井滑套压裂方法进行对比,对比了固井、压裂、产量等多个方面,得出连续油管固井滑套压裂较在完井成本和效率上较传统多级桥塞射孔压裂方法有所提高,且产量更高。 Well completion by coiled tubing fracturing and cementing sliding sleeves is a kind of multi-stage fracturing technology combining cementing technology and on-off cementing sliding sleeves. The on-off cementing sliding sleeves are selectively positioned at gas zones,after cementing a special down-hole tool will be carried downhole by coiled tubing to open the sliding sleeves and by pumping through the annulus the fracturing operation will be performed. It 's innovative because it needs no traditional composite bridge plug,ball activation system or ball-dropping,the well can be put into full-bore production right after the fracturing operation. In this paper,compared with the traditional bridge-plug perforation and fracturing method in cementing,fracturing,production,and other aspects,the coiled tubing fracturing with cementing sliding sleeves will have lower completion cost,higher efficiency and higher production when performing fracturing through annulus.
