摘要
通过膨润土造浆抑制性、膨润土浆Zeta电位、泥页岩岩屑滚动回收率和电镜分析实验,对有机胺抑制剂RS-712进行了室内评价。结果表明,抑制剂RS-712具有很好的抑制作用,膨润土浆加入1%RS-712,表面黏度下降率为43.90%;Zeta电位下降率超过50%;泥页岩岩屑120℃滚动回收率大于90%。滚动后岩屑表面的电镜分析则表明,RS-712可以很好地抑制黏土矿物的水化分散。
The organic amine inhibitor RS-712 was evaluated through experiments on mud yield inhibition,Zeta potential of bentonite,rolling recovery rate and scanning electron micro-scope analysis of shale cuttings. The results showed that the inhibitor RS-712 had excellent inhibition. After 1% RS-712 added into the hydrated bentonite slurry,the apparent viscosity was decreased by 43. 90%,Zeta potential of bentonite decreased more than 50%,cuttings' rolling recovery rate at 120℃ was greater than 90%. SEM analysis of the cuttings 'surface after rolling showed that RS-712 could effectively inhibit the hydration and dispersion of clay minerals.
