摘要
针对油基钻井液在配制、转换、性能维护、回收、重复利用等施工工艺方面存在的现象及问题,通过室内评价实验、现场施工经验总结等方法开展了相关研究。研究表明,油水两相在较低黏度下充分乳化配制的油基钻井液具有较高的破乳电压值;高剪切速率下配制的油基钻井液具有较高的破乳电压值和较好的流变性;形成了双罐法和单罐法两种现场油基钻井液配制方法;随着油基钻井液中水相比例的增高,油基钻井液的乳化稳定性和流变性变差,可通过降低有机土加量、增加乳化剂加量,实现对低油水比油基钻井液流变和乳化稳定的调控;回收油基钻井液在重复利用前应做好乳化稳定和流变性的优化。形成的油基钻井液施工工艺技术在对现场操作人员具有较好的指导作用。
When applying oil-based drilling fluid on site,there appear some problems in the process of preparation,replacement,performance maintenance and recycling. Study has been done through evaluation experiments and field operation analysis. It is shown that the demulsification voltage value of oilbased drilling fluids is higher if the oil and water is fully emulsified at lower viscosity,and the WOB has a higher demulsification voltage and better rheology when prepared at a high shear rate. Two preparation methods are introduced,double-tank mehtod and single tank method. When water in OBM increased,the emulsion stability and rheology behavior become worse,measures of reducing organic soil amount and adding more emulsifier can be used to adjust to keep stable. It is very important to optimize the emulsion ability and rheology before recycling. These application processes of oil-based drilling fluids will be a good guide for field operators.
