摘要
为了保证包络跟踪(ET)功放的性能,需要实现射频支路和包络支路信号的严格同步。基于仿真分析恒定增益下功放输入信号功率与漏极电压间的关系,设计了一种基于时延失真方差的自适应时延估计算法,并通过仿真验证分析了算法性能。仿真结果表明,通过设计合适的迭代时延向量,算法能够实现对ET功放支路时延差的准确估计。
In order to improve the performance of Envelop-Tracking (ET) Power Amplifier (PA) ,it is necessary to synchronize the signals between RF path and envelope path.Based on the relationship between the input power and drain voltage in the PA with fixed gain,an adaptive time misalignment estimation algorithm was propose and analyzed by introducing the delay distortion variance in this paper.Simulation results show that the time misalignment can be estimated by using the algorithm with an appropriate iterative delay vector.
