2011-2015年无锡市滨湖区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况分析

Analysis of morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in Binhu District of Wuxi city during 2011-2015

目的掌握滨湖区居民恶性肿瘤发病和死亡规律,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法统计分析2011-2015年滨湖区登记报告的恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料。结果滨湖区居民恶性肿瘤发病率为327.90/10万,标化发病率为183.90/10万,死亡率为212.98/10万,标化死亡率为105.80/10万,发病率和死亡率随着年龄增长而升高,且男性均高于女性。主要恶性肿瘤发病前5位的是胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌,死亡率位列前5位的是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、食管癌。恶性肿瘤前5位YPLL顺位与死因顺位不同。结论胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌是滨湖区主要流行癌种,应重点关注。

Objective To leam the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors m the residents of Binhu District,thereby providing basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods Statistical analysis of malignant tumor morbidity and mortality was performed on the data of Binhu District between 2011 and 2015.Results The incidence rate of malignant tumor was 327.9040 million,the standardized incidence rate was 183.9040 million,the mortality rate was 212.9840 million,and the standardized mortality rate was 105.8040 million.It shows that morbidity and mortality increase with age,and males have higher rates than females.The top five primary malignant tumors were gastric cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,and liver cancer,while mortality of the top five were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer.The rankings of YPLL and of mortality were different in the first five malignant tumors.Conclusions Gastric cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,and liver cancer are the main types of malignant tumors in Binhu District,which require more attention.
