细节护理干预在预防手术室感染中运用的效果观察

The clinical effect observation about details nursing intervention in the prevention of operating room infection

目的通过观察细节护理干预在预防手术室感染中的作用,探讨控制手术室感染发生的有效护理措施。方法以细节护理干预施行前后划分,抽查消毒物品、手术室空气以及医护人员各90例(人),比较干预施行前后消毒物品、手术室空气以及医护人员手消毒合格率情况;同时选择干预施行前后类似手术患者160例,分为对照组(n=80例)和观察组(n=80例),比较两组患者术后感染发生情况及对手术室护理的满意度。结果干预施行后消毒物品、手术室空气以及医护人员手消毒合格率显著提高(P<0.05);观察组患者术后感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而手术室护理的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室常规护理过程中应积极推行细节护理干预,有利于预防手术室感染的发生,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of details nursing intervention in the prevention of operating room infection and explore the effective measures to control the operating room infection.Method Checked the disinfectant items,operating room air and health care workers（each 90 cases） before and after executing the details nursing intervention,compared with the disinfection passing rate of them;selected 160 patients with similar surgery,they were divided into a control group（n=80 patients） and observation group（n=80 patients）,compared with the postoperative infection and nursing satisfaction.Result Disinfection passing rate of disinfectant items,operating room air and health care worker were significantly increased（P〈0.05） after the intervention;the incidence of postoperative infections in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It should be actively pursued the details nursing intervention in the routine nursing process of operating room,it was helpful to prevent the operating room infection and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
