摘要
目前市场上电流检测设备是采用电流传感器或者互感器居多,但是都有其局限性,比如传感器检测直流或交流电流则输出为相应的直流与交流信号,而互感器只能检测交流信号。同时由于产品的输出信号中往往夹杂着交流量和直流量,往往造成系统数字采样后整体误差增大。基于以上背景,本文设计一种电流变送器,能够同时检测直流、任意波形的交流信号并输出纯净的直流信号来反映输入信号变化。通过设计电路的参数计算,调节磁芯气隙尺寸或电路放大倍数可以实现任意电流大小的测量。
Presently, current sensor or transformer always be used in measurement field , but all they do have operation limitations. Generally, current sensors always detect DC,AC current signal , then output same waveform of DC and AC signal. The transformers detect AC current signal only. So, the output waveform of current sensors or transformers is relatively complex that result in a high error of signal sampling on the terminal. In this paper, based on the above background, the design of current transformation circuit is used to detect any current signal and output pure DC current signal to reflect the condition of primary current .Via to do the math of parameters, adjusting the size of magnet core cap or amplification factor to implement any current value measurement.
