摘要
船舶腐蚀不仅影响使用性能,也会带来严重的水体污染。船舶防腐数字恒流电源设计的是一种可调式高精度的电流型开关电源系统。系统实现将220 V市电或HVDC转换成0.1 A至2 A可调,精度为0.01A的恒定电流输出,通过利用单片机控制电阻网络反馈电路、高精度基准电压电路和电压转换电流电路来控制输出电流,且具有良好的用户操作界面,实现了真正的高精度数字可调。实验测试表明,系统具有精度高、控制简单、响应快等特点。
Ship corrosion not only affects ship's performance and causes serious water pollution. This design is a precision current switching power supply system which is used to prevent ship's corrosion. The system converts 220V AC or HVDC to constant adjustable current from 0.1A to 2A, and the output precision is 0.01A. It controls the output current by using a single-chip to control a resistor network feedback control circuit, a high-precision reference voltage circuit and a current-voltage conversion circuit, and it has a friendly user interface, which achieve a true high-precision digital adjustable current system. The test result shows that the constant current source system is of high accuracy, easy to control and fast response.
