摘要
按照工程施工安排,亭子口升船机上闸首结构在未灌浆连成整体前需挡水,这有悖于相关规范规定。为消除挡水位高于灌区时由于施工缝变形对横缝接缝灌浆的影响,通过模拟施工过程,分析了不同挡水条件下的应力及施工缝变形情况,进而提出了通水平压的分区灌浆施工方案。实践表明,灌浆施工质量满足规范要求,断面闭合良好,取得了预期的效果,可供类似工程设计施工参考和借鉴。
According the construction schedule, the upper lock head structure of ship lift of Tingzikou Project would be used to retain water before the structure connection grouting, which is inconsistent with the provisions of relevant norms. In order to elim- inate the influence of the construction joint deformation on the transversal joint grouting when water level is higher than grouting area, the concrete stress and deformation of construction joints were analyzed through simulating construction progress, and then the construction scheme of water pressure balance was put forward. The construction practice showed that the quality of grouting construction met the requirements of specification, the joint surface was well closed and the expected results were obtained.
