摘要 根据霍尔效应原理,该文设计了霍尔电流传感器的硬件电路,包括电流采集电路以及单片机MC9S12XS128的最小系统电路和CAN接口电路。依据硬件电路原理,编写了单片机软件程序,实时采集电压,通过CAN总线定时发送测量电流值。上位机采用LabVIEW软件编程,实现了传感器采集数据的实时监控以及传感器参数的动态标定,从而可以取消传统滑动变阻器的调零调幅电路。最终测试表明,霍尔电流传感器的硬件与软件运行正常,精度以及可靠性符合设计要求。 According to the Hall effect principle,the hardware circuit of Hall current sensor is designed,including the current collecting circuit as well as the minimum system circuit and CAN interface circuit of MC9S12XS128. The MCU software program is written according to the principle of hardware circuit,collecting voltage and transmit measurement current value by CAN bus in real-time. The upper computer is programmed with LabVIEW software,which realizes the real-time monitoring of sensor data and the dynamic calibration of sensor parameters ,so the traditional sliding rheostat zero amplitude modulation circuit can be canceled. The final test shows that the hardware and software of the Hall current sensor are running normally,and the precision and reliability is accord with the design requirements.
