摘要 该文使用Lab VIEW软件,设计了一套基于PCI总线的EPS控制器特性的自动化测试系统。测试系统最多能够同时测试5个控制器,可实现数据的实时采集、显示及自动储存等功能。对助力特性曲线对称度的计算公式进行了优化,提高了测试系统的准确性。通过试验台架,测试了控制器的助力特性和最大助力电流,试验结果验证了测试系统的高效性与稳定性。 On the basis of LabVIEW,an automated testing software is designed to test EPS controller's characteristic. The system can simultaneously test up to five controllers,and accomplish the functions such as real-time acquisition,display and automatic storage of data. The formula to calculate the symmetry of assisted characteristic curve is optimized,which can improve the accuracy of the testing system. Assisted characteristic and the maximum assisted current of the controller are tested by the testing bench,demonstrating the great efficiency and stability of the testing system.
