Design Vision Deviation Adjusting Control System Based on PLC

喷釉是卫浴产品生产中的一个关键环节,也是适合实现自动化生产的环节。针对自动喷釉生产线中取放水箱盖工艺需求,该文开发了基于三菱PLC、普洛菲斯触摸屏和InSight视觉系统的自动放水箱盖控制系统,完成了控制系统的软硬件设计,主要阐述了控制系统的硬件设计、程序实现、图像处理及无协议自由通讯原理。生产实践证明此控制系统运行稳定、操作灵活、达到工艺要求,取得了满意的控制效果。

Spray painting is a key link in the production of bathroom products,and it is also suitable for automatic production. Considering fetch water tank cover of toilet process requirements in automatic spray painting production line,developed the control system of automatic fetch water box cover based on MITSUBISHI PLC,Pro-face HMI and In-Sight vision system,design hardware and software of the control system,the hardware composition,program,image processing and free protocol communication principle are mainly described in the paper. It proved that the automatic control system is stable,flexible operation,meet the requirement and achieved satisfactory control effect.
