驻中原部队赴高原地带军训期间日光性皮炎的防护 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价防护措施对部队高原地带军训期间日光性皮炎的效果。方法选200名参训战士作为观察组给予综合防护措施,在同一部队选200名参训战士作为对照组,在训练和防护条件基本相同的情况下,观察组每人每天补充复合维生素B 2片,维生素C 0.2 g,维生素E 0.1 g进行干预。训练结束后统计日光性皮炎的发病情况并进行统计学分析。结果观察组演习期间日光性皮炎发病率7%,对照组日光性皮炎发病率为17.50%;训练期间观察组日光性皮炎发病率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合防护措施对驻中原部队赴高原地带日光性皮炎效果显著。值得在高原参训部队中推广。 Objective To evaluate the effect of protective measures on the solar dermatitis during military training in plateau region. Methods The 200 soldiers joined training were selected as observation group and given comprehensive measures,at the same time selected 200 training soldiers as control group;statistical analysis was taken at the military training end for the incidence of dermatitis. Results During the exercise period;the incidence rate of solar dermatitis was 7% in observation group,lower than 17.50% of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The concept of comprehensive protection measures on the station troop of central plains to plateau area has significant the effect on solar dermatitis ,worthy of promotion in the army.
