7～9世纪《大乘起信论》在新罗的传播

On the Transmission of the Awakening of Faith in Silla from 7th to 9th Century

通过考察7至9世纪新罗僧人对《大乘起信论》的注疏和引用情况,发现《大乘起信论》传入新罗后,为佛教界所广泛接受,不少僧人都对其进行注疏和引用,不限于一宗一派。其中最为重视《大乘起信论》的就是元晓。遗憾的是,由于包括若干《大乘起信论》的注疏在内的新罗佛教著作佚失,所以无法充分反映出当时《大乘起信论》的流传全貌。

By researching on the commentaries and the words cited by the monks in Silla from 7th to 9th Century, the author found that the Awakening of Faith was accepted widely by the Silla monks after being introduced into Silla. Many monks, from several dif- ferent schools of Buddhism, commented and cited it and Wonhyo was one of them. He paid the most attention to the Awakening of Faith and spoke highly of it. Unfortunately, we could not see the full view of the Awakening of Faith that how it transmitted in Silla during that period, for several commentaries on the Awakening of Faith and many commentaries on other Buddhist scriptures were lost.
