摘要
朝鲜的领导体制不仅直接关系到朝鲜的国家稳定及发展方向,同时也对朝鲜半岛的局势乃至东北亚地区国际关系产生重大影响。自1948年9月朝鲜民主主义人民共和国成立以来,朝鲜在探索社会主义发展道路过程中,逐步形成和确立了自己独特的领导体制,即领袖的唯一领导体制。1972年12月第五届朝鲜最高人民会议第一次会议上金日成被推举为国家主席,而且在新宪法中明文规定了金日成提出的主体思想的指导地位。金日成唯一领导体制的确立意味着朝鲜的领袖唯一领导体制的形成。
The supreme power succession in the DPRK is not only directly related to the DPRK＇s national stability and its development, but also will have a significant impact on the approaching situation at Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia. Since the founding of the DPRK in the September 1948, it has gradually formed and established its own unique leadership system in the process of exploring the road of socialist development. That is the leader＇s only leadership system. At the first meeting of the fifth session of the Supreme People＇s Congress of the DPRK in December 1972, Kim Il-Sung was elected as the chairman of the country, and in the new constitution, the guiding ideology of the Juche Idea created by Kim Il-Sung was defined.
