创新氛围、双元创新与创新绩效:网络嵌入性的调节作用

Innovation Climate,Dual Innovation,and Innovation Performance:The Moderating Role of Network Embeddedness

通过对148家高新技术企业的问卷调查,探讨了创新氛围、双元创新以及网络嵌入性对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,创新导向和创新文化对利用式创新、探索式创新和网络嵌入性都有显著的正向影响。同时,利用式创新、探索式创新和网络嵌入性对创新绩效同样具有显著的正向影响。网络嵌入性在探索式创新和创新绩效的关系中起正向调节作用,表明高新技术企业与各经济主体之间的联系越密切,探索式创新对创新绩效的影响越强。因此,高新技术企业的管理者应该把浓厚的创新氛围转化为实际的创新活动,并且将建立和维持稳定的网络关系贯穿于企业的整个管理过程。

Based on the questionnaire survey of 148 high-tech enterprises, this paper discusses the influence of innovation atmosphere, dual innovation and network embeddedness on enterprise innovation performance. The results show that the innovation orientation and innovation culture have significant positive effects on innovation, innovation and network embeddedness. At the same time, there is also a significant positive impact on innovation performance, such as innovation, exploratory innovation and network embeddedness. Further- more, we find that network embeddedness is an asset to reinforce the impact of exploratory innovation on innovation performance, but there is no moderate effect of exploratory innovation on innovation performance. More results and implications are discussed toward the end.
