摘要
本文建立了一种归一化法测定常用阻燃剂八溴醚纯度的高效液相色谱方法。该方法的色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比95:5),检测波长为210nm,流速为1mL/min,柱温为35℃,进样量为10 mL。与传统的初熔点纯度测试法比较,可实现纯度的准确定量分析。
A normalization method was established for analyzing the purity of tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3- Dibromopropyl ether), a common flame retardant, by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The optimum operation conditions were performed on C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(volume ratio 95:5) and the detection wavelength was 210nm. The flow rate was lml/min, the column temperature was 35℃ and the simple size was 10 ml. Compared to the traditional melting point method, the purity could be quantified accurately.
