摘要
本实验选择四种不同的食物,在一定条件下进行处理,制得不同的滤液,加入解蔽剂,依次解蔽、分离、有机萃取、,从而分离出EDTA,最后用滴定法测定食物中所含的EDTA,从而达到测定EDTA含量的目的。实验结果表明四种食物中方便面中EDTA含量最高,达到116mg/kg。本次测定方法相对于其他测定方法具有适用范围广、简便、快速、易操作、思路清晰、操作简单、排出干扰离子、试剂用量少等显著优点,是测定食品中EDTA添加量的理想方法。
In this experiment, four different kinds of foods, processed under certain conditions, prepared different fihrate, adding demasking agent, followed by revealing, separation, organic extraction, and separation of EDTA, finally contained in food was determined by EDTA titration method, so as to achieve the purpose of determining the content of EDTA. The experimental results show that four food in instant noodles in the highest content of EDTA and 116mg/Kg. to the determination of relative to other methods, has wide application range, convenient, fast,, easy operation, clear thinking, simple operation, discharge interfering ion, small amount of reagent is the ideal method for determination of significant advantages.
