外科护士对患者的安全态度现状及其影响因素

Analysis on the Status and Factors of Patient's Safety Attitude of Surgical Nurses

目的探讨外科护士对患者的安全态度现状及其影响因素。方法 2016年4-6月采用便利抽样法,选取福州市某三级甲等综合性医院的174名外科护士进行调查。调查工具包括一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表(the Connor Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、中国护士压力源量表、家庭关怀度指数量表(family adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve index,APGAR)及中文版安全态度问卷(Chinese version safety attitude questionnaire,C-SAQ)。结果外科护士的患者安全态度总均分为(3.68±0.63)分,处于中上等水平,其中管理感知得分最高,压力感知得分最低。多元线性回归分析显示,职称、婚姻状况、力量、管理及人际关系、工作量及时间分配和亲密度共可以解释外科护士对患者的安全态度的36.8%。结论外科护士对患者的安全态度处于中等水平,仍有待提高。护理管理者应充分评估外科护士的心理弹性、压力及家庭情况,制定有针对性的干预措施,以期提高外科护士对患者的安全态度,保障患者住院期间安全。

Objective To investigate the status and factors of patient＇s safety attitude of surgical nurses. Methods By convenience sampling, 174 surgical nurses were selected and investigated by using demo- graphic characteristics questionnaire, the Connor Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC）, Chinese nurse job stressor scale,family APGAR index（APGAR） and Chinese version safety attitude questionnaire（C-SAQ）. Results The total mean score of patient＇s safety attitude was （3.68 ±0.63）, which was in a moderate to higher level, and the management perception scored the highest and stress sensing scored the lowest.Multi- ple regression analysis showed that 36.8% of the variance for patient＇s safety attitude could be explained through considering job title, marital status, strength management and interpersonal skills,workload and time allocation, and geniality of surgical nurse.Conclusions Surgical nurses should improve their percep- tions on patient＇s safety attitude.According to the evaluation of family care,pressure and resilience on sur- gical nurses,a systematic safety education with family,stress and psychological interventions will promote the safety awareness and ensure patient＇s safety during the hospitalization as well.
