To improve motorized mobility, the paper analyzes cmTent situation and problems of motorized mobility along Sichuan-Tibet highway, and proposes corresponding resolutions according to the current situation and support condition of Sichuan-Tibet highway from training, completing measures, perfecting mechanism, creating methods, and civil-military integration.
