以后勤保障装备建设配备信息资源对象的量化为切入点,根据对象数据化程序,针对装备研制、配备标准、维修保障、经费使用等方面,合理运用一种或多种信息资源量化方法,把评估对象量化为可被计算数据,集成结构化数据与量化的半结构化信息,提出基于完全数据平台的一种新的后勤保障装备建设配备管理模式。

The paper starts with quantification of information resourees object of logistics support equipment allocation, and quantifies the evaluation object to data with one or more quantitative methods of information resources and digital program fron equipment development, allocation standard, maintenance support, and usage and management of funds. Then, it in- tegrates structured data and quantified senti-structured information, and proposes a new management mode for logistics sup- port equipment allocation based on complete data platform.
