摘要 4~#闸工程系拉萨市拉萨河(城区段)综合整治工程自下而上的第四座拦河建筑物。工程的建设任务是在不影响相应河段行洪的前提下,非汛期拦蓄上游来水,抬高河道水位,改善水生态环境和水景观。该工程的闸址确定充分考虑回水对上游水文站、内河分水口的影响及与迎亲大桥的景观协调等综合因素。结合拉萨河多泥沙的特性及选定闸址的特殊地形条件,提出了闸坝结合的布置方案,并对工程主要建筑物的设计进行了较详尽的论述。本工程的设计对于多泥沙河流上的类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。 4~# gate is the fourth water retaining structure from downstream to upstream of comprehensive renovation project of Lhasa River(urban section) in Lhasa.The task of the project is to retain the upstream water inflow in non-flood period in the premise of not affecting the flood discharge of corresponding reach,increase the water level of river,and improve the water ecological environment and landscape.The dam site of the project is determined considering the influence of backwater on the upstream hydrological station,inland water port,and the coordination with the landscape of Yingqin bridge.According to the sediment characteristics of the Lhasa river and the special topographic conditions of the selected gate site,this paper puts forward the combination layout scheme of gate and dam,and discusses the design of main structures of the project in detail.The design of this project has a certain reference value for the similar projects on sediment-laden river.
