新形势下江苏省产学研发展探究

Research on the development of industry, study and research in Jiangsu under the new situation

近年来,江苏省产学研工作发展迅速,取得了丰硕的成果,成为推动经济增长和转型升级的重要手段。但是,江苏省的产学研工作仍然存在产学研各方动力和能力难以对接、科技资源配置不协调、管理体系不健全、政策环境有待改善以及成果转化渠道闭塞等问题。为此,文章提出要加强对产学研结合的统筹协调机制和政策落实,创新政府科技资源配置的组织方式,打通科技成果转移转化通道等。

In recent years, the rapid development of industry, study and research in Jiangsu province has achieved fruitful results and become an important means of promoting economic growth and transformation and upgrading. However, production, study and research work in our province still faces problems as the mismatch in the work power and ability, the discoordinate distribution of science technology resource, the imperfect management system, the policy and environment need to be improved, and inaccesible channels of achievements transformation. Therefore, this paper proposes to strengthen the planning and coordination of industry, study and research work and the policy implementation, to innovate the organization mode of government distributing science and technology resources, to provide accesible channels of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
