摘要
教学管理是依据教学规律和特点对教学过程的一种全面管理,包括教学日常管理、教学质量管理、教师和学生管理、教学档案管理等。基于教学管理在高职院校的重要性,文章针对高职院校的教学管理特点,并结合笔者的工作需要,就如何提高高职院校的教学管理工作这一问题,作出了一些可行性策略的研究。
Teaching management is a kind of comprehensive management of teaching process according to the rules and characteristics of teaching, including teaching daily management, teaching quality management, teachers and students management, teaching archives management. Based on the importance of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, this paper, according to the characteristics of teaching management in higher vocational colleges and combining with the job demand of the authour, researched on how to improve the teaching management in higher vocational colleges and studied some feasible strategies.
