摘要
为探析医学新生的教师需求,基于评价理论的"态度"系统,对蚌埠医学院40名新生进行半开放式访谈,定性分析其评教所使用的态度资源。研究发现:在课堂教学方面,他们希望教师严格、负责;在个人魅力方面,偏爱年轻、幽默风趣的教师;在师生关系方面,要求教师课堂上尊重和公平对待,引导其发挥学习主体性,课后给予更多关注,建立良好的朋友关系。研究结论丰富了医学高校学生的评教,同时启示学校在新生的师资分配上,年龄结构应偏年轻化。
In order to explore medical freshmen' s demands for teachers, the paper, adopting a qualitative research with the Appraisal Theory, conducts semi- structured interviews with 40 freshmen of Bengbu Medical College and analyzes their attitudinal resources. The results suggest as follows: in classroom teach- ing, they need responsible and strict teachers who can create a happy learning environment; in personal traits, they prefer those young and humorous teachers; in teacher-student relationship, they hope that teach- ers can not only respect and fairly treat them but also inspire them to take the initiative in their studies; mo- reover, they expect teachers to communicate with them more often and become their friends after class. The results greatly enrich the medical majors' teaching evaluation and indicate that medical universities and col- leges should allocate more young teachers to their freshmen.
