基于校企合作的应用型人才培养机制探索——以绍兴高校为例

Exploration of Training Mechanism of Applied Talents Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation——An Illustrative Study of Shaoxing University

在信息化变革时代的影响下,行业企业在规模、技术和结构上飞速发展,培养与之相适应的应用型人才成为迫切需求。而校企合作是普通高校应用型人才培养的重要途径,建立灵活高效的校企合作机制对于企业和高校均具有重要意义。在绍高校校企合作存在不少问题,通过归纳目前这些高校在实际开展中行之有效的途径,主要从修订人才培养方案、开设特色专业、革新校企互动机制和升级产学研合作等四个方面,构建可持续发展的校企深度融合的人才培养新模式。

Under the influence of information revolution age, the industrial enterprises are booming in terms of the scale, technology and structure; it follows there is an urgent need in the training of application-oriented talents. The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is an important way to cultivate applied talents in colleges and universities; it is, therefore, of great significance to establish a flexible and efficient mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation for both enterprises and universities. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and universities in Shaoxing University and combs the common problems in the process of cooperation. On this basis, prise in-depth sustainable integration is recommended ties mainly from the following four aspects： the revised ting, and the innovation and upgrading mechanism of a new training mode of talents with the school-enter- by summarizing the effective practice in these universi- training program, the characteristics of professional set- interaction between universities and enterprises.
