中国沿海城市资源运行效率空间相关性研究

Research on Spatial Correlation of Resource Efficiency in China′s Coastal Cities

从四个方面构建了城市资源运行效率评价指标体系,测度了中国大陆55个沿海城市2003—2014年的资源运行效率,使用探索性空间数据分析法对其进行时空特征分析。结果表明:1沿海城市资源运行效率呈现空间动态溢出效应,显著空间关联类型总体格局平稳,部分城市变化显著。2辽宁省部分城市资源运行效率降低,并且产生了低水平集聚;福建省、广东省、浙江省的部分城市资源运行效率大幅提高,改变了以往的低水平集聚;山东省的部分城市资源运行效率提高,产生了高高集聚。3我国沿海城市提高资源运行效率的举措包括机制改革、产业结构升级、技术进步与发展蓝色经济。

This paper constructed the performance evaluation index system of urban resources from four aspects, and measured the resource operation efficiency of 55 coastal cities in China's Mainland from 2003 to 2014, and used the exploratory spatial data analysis to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics. The results showed that：①The spatial dynamic spillover effect of coastal urban resource operation was efficiency, the spatial pattern of spatial correlation was stable, and the change of some cities was significant. ②The operation efficiency of resources in some cities of Liaoning Province was reduced, and the low level agglomeration occurred. The resource operation efficiency of some cities in Fujian Province, Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province was greatly improved, and the low level agglomeration was changed, the resource operation efficiency of some cities in Shandong Province increased, resulting in a high concentration. ③China＇s coastal cities to improve the efficiency of resource management initiatives mainly included structural reform, upgrading of industrial structure, technological progress and development of the blue economy.
