摘要
基于生态和产业共生理论,应用林业Lotka-Volterra共生模型和算法对我国东北部内蒙古、黑龙江、吉林3个国有林区1993—2014年的林业生态安全动态变化进行测度研究。通过森林生态和林业产业间的共生度指数S(k)的大小、森林生态受力指数SE(k)和林业产业受力指数SI(k)的正负号对内蒙古、黑龙江、吉林3个省区22年来的林业生态安全情况进行动态分析。结果显示:三个省区从2000年天然保护林一期工程实施开始,经过几年的红色或橙色等预警交替出现的状态,到了2008年以后基本上都开始出现健康级绿色安全状态。通过这三个省区的动态变化趋势可见,我国实施的天然林保护工程对国有林区林业生态的恢复起到了重要的作用。
This paper used the forestry L - V symbiosis model to study on the dynamic changes of forest ecological security of the stated - owned forest areas of Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces in Northeast China based on ecology- industry symbiosis. We could judge dynamic changes of forestry ecological security of each stated- owned forest areas by measuring the size of S(k), also by the plus or minus of SI (k) and SE (k). The calculation results showed that the red alert and orange alert appeared alternately during 1993 - 2007, and health level green situation appeared during 2008 - 2014. Through the analysis of the dynamic change trend of the 3 provinces, we could conclude that the natural forest protection project in our country played an important role in the restoration of the forest ecology.
