摘要
通过石墨烯粉体在环氧锌粉底漆中的应用研究,对石墨烯的增效机理进行了探索;对影响石墨烯-环氧锌粉底漆防腐蚀性能的因素进行了讨论。研究表明,合理的配方设计、正确的选用原材料可以制备出性能稳定,防腐蚀性能优异的石墨烯锌粉底漆,与传统环氧富锌涂料相比较,石墨烯锌粉底漆在环境保护、节约资源和提升涂层系统长效防腐蚀寿命方面具有重大的意义。
Through the research on the application of graphene powder in the epoxy zinc primer, the strengthening effect of graphene was studied. Results indicated the graphene zinc primer with stable performance and good anticon'osion performance could be prepared by selecting suitable raw materials and formula design. Compared with traditional zinc-rich primer, graphene zinc primer had better anticorrosion property for better environmental protection and energy saving.
