摘要
通过具体剖析保温层下金属的腐蚀行为及机理,比较目前国内保温层下腐蚀与防护相关标准,指出目前市场上使用的保温层下各种涂层体系的优缺点,从而给出不同温度保温层下防腐蚀保护解决方案,并重点对一种基于无机厚浆惰性共聚物为成膜物质的单组分涂料在保温层下的作用原理、性能进行了深入探讨,其成功现场应用可以为彻底解决保温层下的腐蚀问题提供重要参考,指出该涂料在新建和维修领域具有广泛的应用前景。
The corrosion behavior and mechanism of metal was analyzed in detail. Comparison had been made for currenl domestic relevant corrosion and protection standards under insulation layer. The advantages and disadvantages of varying coating systems used under thermal insulation in the current market had been discussed and the anticorrosion solutions to CUt (corrosion under insulation) in various temperatures had been analyzed. A deep investigation had been made for the function and properties of one-component paint used under thermal insulation. The new paint based on inorganic inert copolymer as the binder was introduced. Its application provided some important references for solving the corrosion under thermal insulation. The new paint had broad application prospects both in new structures and in maintenance field.
