新建本科院校教学工作满意度调查研究——以某本科高校为例

摘要 加强教学管理,规范教学行为,提高服务意识,是提升教育教学质量的根本。本文参照教学管理水平评估指标体系的内容,设计学生、教师对学校教学工作满意调查表,组织问卷调查,结果表明:当前,新建本科院校应加强人才培养质量,突出特色;继续加大教学投入,加强实践教学各环节的建设力度,着力培养学生的动手能力和实践能力;积极推进校园数字化建设,充分发挥图书馆信息资源共享优势,调动教师、学生学习的积极性;加强教学管理,提高服务意识,把新建本科院校教学工作推上新台阶。 The essence of improving the quality of education and teaching is to enhance teaching management, regulate teaching behaviors and improve the awareness of service. Referring to the evaluation standard system for the level of teaching management, we designed a questionnaire on students' and teachers' degrees of satisfaction with university teaching, and organized a question- naire survey. The result indicates the following aspects: new- ly-established undergraduate universities should enhance the quality of talent cultivation and highlight their characteristics; in- vestments should be strengthened into teaching, and practice teaching construction should be enhanced, in order to cultivate students' hands-on ability and practice ability; digitalized cam- pus construction should be promoted and the advantage of li- braries in information sharing should be given into full play, in order to motivate teachers' and students' enthusiasm; teaching management should be enhanced and the awareness of service should be improved. We aim to push the teaching work in new- ly-established undergraduate universities up to a new level.
