摘要
本文以职业院校教师职业发展为主线,分析了高职院校人事制度改革背景,以武汉船舶职业技术学院的改革实践为例,通过构建立体多层的考核体系,助推了教师职业能力发展,促进了学校教育事业健康协调发展。
With the development of vocational college teachers' professional ability as the main line, this paper analyzes the background of personnel system reform in higher vocational col- leges. With the reform practice of Wuhan Institute of Shipbuild- ing Technology as the example, this paper establishes a mul- ti-layered evaluation system, in order to promote the development of teachers' professional ability and the healthy and harmonious development of college education.
