我国农村教师流失问题研究概述

A Review of Studies on the Talent Drain of Rural Teachers in China

近些年农村教师流失数量呈现上升趋势,这已成为无法回避的现实问题。农村教师的流失影响了农村教育质量的提高,并严重制约了农村义务教育的均衡发展。与此同时,我国学者针对农村教师流失问题做了一系列的研究,研究的深度也在不断加强。本文主要针对我国农村教师流失问题的研究状况进行了梳理,针对现有的研究进行评述,并对今后的研究进行展望。

The talent drain of rural teachers is increasingly severe in recent years, which has become an inevitable realistic prob- lem. The talent drain of rural teachers affects the improvement of rural education quality and severely restricts the balanced devel- opment of compulsory education in rural areas. Meanwhile, Chi- nese scholars have made a lot of studies on this problem and the studies are furthered continuously. This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the relevant studies, and puts forward ideas for future studies.
